A recent article in the SSCWN gave a glowing report that stated that Sonny's is the 800 # gorilla when it comes to the number of systems sold. Just curious what you guys think. And do you know who would be #2 and #3?
I think Sonnys does a great job of marketing to new investors and manufacturing good entry level equipment. I think there are other companies that manufacture highrer quality equipment that appeals to more seasoned operators.
I had Sonny's equip in one place until the roof came down. Have acquired places with Various types of equipment. I was Happy with the Sonny's stuff and impressed by customer service. I have lots of AVW stuff and like the rotational action - quiet of the mitters.
AVW also stepped up and helped me due to the hurt I am having with the collapse / insurance. Sonny's also called me several times offering assistance. At the end of the day a lot of equipment uses the same or similar design and components.
I was just curious. Don't have the numbers for 2016, but in 2015 there was a company that sold more conveyor systems than Sonny's, Hannah, and McNeil combined.
