I'm considering this to replace my Fluid o Tech pump system for my foaming Simoniz hot wax in my 3 self serves it would eliminate the RTU tank and open up a lot of space only drawback I see would be the water pressure consistency with this system, especially on busy days. Does anybody here have the same system or setup? I even went so far as to piece it out and thought I could build it myself to save some money. I put some links to the video and KR's page below.

My business partner bought a wash that was redone like that. He originally used Dosatrons but they kept failing, then he started replacing them with the Dema version. There's definitely an inconsistency because of water pressure, and now all the Dema Mix-Rites are failing. I don't know why he was so anti-Hydrominder, those give me the least amount of trouble of any car wash item. Mine are Hydrominders in closed tanks, screen in the tank, Flojets dead-headed against the solenoids with no controls, and I have zero issues with any of it except a kit in a Hydrominder every couple years and a Flojet every two or three. My hands aren't always getting stained because why would I have to keep changing tips? I use the same chemicals year-round.

We have a Dosatron system for our SS bays and a Hydrominder system in another wash. Both work fine. The Dosatron system is quicker/easier to adjust with just a turn of a knob and we do not have syphoning issues. We would go with a Dosatron system again if we renovate another wash. Not certain you save much space. We use 15 gal chemical containers which takes same footprint as a 5 but allows us to save money on chemicals and not have to change them as often.
