We had a staff meeting today before opening the wash/detail shop.
We discussed our company vision over breakfast.
I gave my ideas about service and quality and the overall importance of the business maintaining a customer focus vs. a money focus.
We talked of branding the business and taking things from 'pretty darn good' to GREAT.
I think the meeting went well, but the proof will be in the results, which I need to somehow quantify.
My next step is determining a goal following these principles.
