Timer Screen Frozen

Trying to get a dozen card terminals up and ran into an issue I'm wondering if someone has dealt with before. When connecting Castles U1F terminals to coin pulse the timer screen freezes. When the timer screen freezes neither the card mechanism or the coin mechanism will work. When we unplug the card mechanism the timer screen unfreeze. What makes this more frustrating is it only happens on 2 of the terminals. They are all setup the same. Has anyone ever experienced this before? Any suggestions?

Can you swap the timers with the issue to another bay / Vac that is working and see if the issue follows the timer or stays with the Bay / Vac?

I decided to look up some specs on the Castle U1F. I can't see how it's even compatible with any carwash timer. The specs all say they are MDB protocol which is a serial communication protocol primarily used in the vending industry. Timers are looking for a coin pulse which essentially is just a dry contact switch closure from their coin input to either 24VAC hot or common. The specs also clearly state they operate on 8-48 volts DC.
