There are several factors required to give you a swag estimate. First is type of IBA (Touchless or Brush), lot size, traffic count, trade area population area of the country, water quality, Are you looking at Membership -Type of pay-station , Number of vacuums (free or pay). all of this goes into costs estimates.

Hello OP,
As for as I know, if you ever consider to import the automatic car wash machines from China, it could possiblely lower your overall cost.
For 1 IBA, it's approx. 20000~21500USD, depends on the specific configurations.
For self service setup, you will need to get the vendor machine for an extra cost. Make sure to confirm if the vendor machine comes with software, otherwise you're going to spend quite a lot to purchase or develop one.
