I too am curious about this, as I was talking to a few other operators about it and the topic that kept coming up was "what about the dummy that sits in line and is fumbling around with the app trying to get it to work and frustrating customers behind him or her?" as we are selling time. It's like you see at fast food places now the big sign that reads "Please have payment ready BEFORE you pull up to cashier".

From what I saw at the Show the potential of it seems pretty good. It offers the opportunity to do some things in the bay that you cannot now like create a marketing base and send out specials. It is relatively new so it might be a good idea to either wait to see how it develops or make sure any upgrades to the program will be provided free.
