I have numerous Mark VII autos, some with well over 150K washes. When the track gets a dip (usually near home), they will build it up with weld and grind it back down to match the rest. It's usually not a big deal.
My units with about 100K washes have gotten a little rough too. It's more like a washboard road. A welder quoted me $850 to weld a piece of 1-1/2" steel 3/8" thick down both tracks. He is coming by in a few days to take a look.
New tracks are about $600 each but by the time you figure shipping and installation I could see it costing 2K each unit easily.
