I operate an in-bay automatic rollover and having constant issues with customers rolling over the treadle plate and leaving with no wash or stealing the wash from customer behind them. Does anyone have any good solutions for the best way to get cars lined up on treadle correctly? I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.

This sounds like a stacking issue with the entry system. Depending on the type of entry system you are using, you should verify your Wash in Use or End of Wash signal settings. Almost sounds like your entry system is expecting an End of Wash signal, but getting a Wash in Use signal.

I was having a lot of those problems until I had yellow lines painted on the parking lot. I have a pair of yellow stripes creating a lane directing vehicles to the ACW. I also have a double wide line for the left front tire lined up with the treadle plate running about ten feet from the bay entrance back to the ACW. Most people figure it out the first time but there are still morons who pull up within 6 inches of the ACW and then can't figure out why they miss the treadle plate when they don't adjust their position to enter.
