Hello,
I have a super savor Colman Hanna and our triple shine in some of the bays is not as foamy as before and its kind of intermittent. I checked one of the bays foamer thinking the mesh thing is gone but that wasn't the case. Cleaned the filter inside the hydro-minder tanks. Still the same... could be the solenoid valve need cleaning? (See pic)

When you say intermittent, is it not foamy only sometimes, or is it not coming at all sometimes? Is it only a certain color?

It looks to me like it's too diluted.

I would change hydrominder tips and go 1 size bigger on them and lower the air pressure a bit. The color looks a bit drabb, which would indicate a weak mix, and the surging on my system is usually air to high. They can be very finicky to get right, then when you do something changes.

Do any of the gauges fluctuate on the air regulators?

thanks guys, I reduced the air and its a bit better but I'm almost certain its only the Blue color that does that. when it changes to Red color its nice and foamy like usual but when it gets to blue color it has surges as if it doesn't get enough chemical. Does that mean the valve on 1blue line is going bad (first pic)?

Spitting like that is too much air or a bad solenoid. Since air is the same for all 3 colors, probably the solenoid. I had the same issue on my JC unit. It's basically only letting air come out the chemical you see if what was already in the line. Your solenoid is not opening up. Just replace the diaphragm in your blue solenoid or replace the whole thing if needed. Any 24v 1/2" solenoid will work. I put Dema on mine.

The above is assuming that the hydrominder tank is full of blue chemical... Easy way to check is to take the line off of the outlet of the solenoid and see if any chemical is coming out.

The Hydrominder for the blue might not be flowing fully which will prevent it from drawing at the same rate and causing it to be too diluted. A bad foot valve can also cause that.

The material in the hydrominder tank is quite dark like usual ….cant wait to receive the repair kit for the solenoid valve I got and see if it fixes it...

Yes the hydrominder tank is full of blue material like usual... wouldn't be quite messy to start the triple shine if the outlet is not connected to the flojet pump? here is a video of how to repair Burkert 6213 valves: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVYwVHFDeoQ

Did you take the outlet off of the solenoid to make sure that nothing was coming out?

UPDATE: Ok guys I have a confession to make. This is going to sound stupid. Well a couple of days ago when I cleaned the hydrominder tanks, I did notice that the filters (For blue and also yellow) were pretty dirty so cleaned them as much as I could. That didn't seem to solve the problem. Today I noticed I had forgotten to open the valve to the hydromidner tanks (I shut it off to clean it). Now I opened the valves and everything works perfectly. It seems like there is also a but of delay as the lines need to fill up I guess.
I guess I will keep that repair kit that ordered for future. To summarize: Simply clean the filters inside the hydromidner tanks on a regular basis. Jesus this thing is sensitive.

I've had an issue be something super simple that I overlooked so many times. I always get ****ed for a minute then tell myself I would much rather it was something simple. Glad you figured it out.

Thanks Chaz that was exactly the issue....I know I tend to over think things and make them more complicated that what they are...
