I have an Hamilton ACW4 I believe. And this past weekend the bottom two wash selection buttons stopped working. I tested the actual button switches and they are fine. What can I look at next? Did not see any obvious fuses. I do not think the bottom switches are getting any voltage. Any ideas?
There’s a couple of things it could be. You could have a bad wiring harness or controller. The first thing I’d check would be the programming of the controller, the 2 lower buttons could have gotten disabled. There is no power to the buttons, I’d remove the blue wire with the white tracer from the back of the switch and tap it on the brown wire, the brown wire is the common. If you get an indication on your display you’ve got a bad switch.

Randy- how do I check programming of the controller?
What ever happened, happened overnight to two buttons at the same time. I have swithed the buttons around and they work on the two other switch locations and when I touch the white to the brown on the lower two selections I get nothing, when I touch white to brown on upper two selections I get a response.
