Ultra Lean Tips for 511 Hydrominders

I am in the process of dumbing down my facilities and am looking at a product to handle.. HP Soap / Pre - soak / and Foam brush all in one.

Problem I have is that each application requires different levels of concentrate. I need tips even below the last Pink color tip.

Does anyone have any recomendations for me... otherwise I would need to dilute the solution - wich causes time wasted.. cost of water and overall hasle...

Please let me know.

What product are you thinking about using? I use a Turtle Wax dual tip metering block.

If you don't have a "Turtle Block" you can make one easily enough with threaded 1/4" sch80 pvc fittings. Thats what I have done with all my ultra concentrates. Saves the hassle of predulution.

A couple of choices. Simplest is the Ultra Lean Tip Kit from KR. Smallest Tip is 1300 to one. I do not think it is in the catalog. In addittion to the tip kit get the hose, hose weight, and foot valve. You could also go the dosatron route or metering pump route. Or a double hydrominder set up. Some have reported issues with ultra lean tips clogging . So far, none for me. Only issue has been that for the colored olish wax it seems I need a dilution between the available ultr lean tips so i need to add water to the concentrate in a 30 gallon Barrel and go from there.

have done this as well. At the "educator" add a "T" and nipples and a second educator. USe the second educator to draw from the makeup bucket. A trial and error thing to see what size tips to use in each educator.
