Undercarriage Floor pipe Tires spinning

I have a laser with issues on the entrance undercarriage pipe. LITTLE cars especially front wheel drives or cars with slick tires have trouble going over this 1 inch stainless pipe thats mounted on top of concrete, they start spinning and the women get scared to death car start moving side ways like a burn out. I originally wanted to mount recessed into the concrete in the floor for the smooth ride entering wash but my Floor Heat is holding me back from doing so because its only about 2.5 inches beneath the concrete. I wanted to know any of your guys have stainless ramps or plastic or other ways to resolve this problem trying to get right before winter ice and snow. Need something that will last and hold up. I was thinking of getting stainless ramps made or a plastic speed bump. All advice welcomed thanks guys.

I have a small stainless plates over mine that each have holes drilled in them and are bent in a slight tent shape to go over pipe. I still occasionally have vehicles spin on the plate when they have bald tires. I'll try to remember to take photo tomorrow. Remind me if you don't hear back from me.

My Mark VIIs use a pipe as well, but it comes in from one side and is only hit by one tire. In 17 years with 7 autos it has never been a problem. Why do both tires hit yours? If it is necessary that it runs all the way across, can you angle it a bit so both tires don't hit it at the same time?

A similar issue I had with my machines was cars spinning in the treadle and not able to get out. I bought some 1/4" stainless key stock and had it welded on the plate. This gave the tires enough to bite and it has not been a problem since. You could have some welded on your pipe, it won't take much for the tires to bite.

Photos of my set up. If you look close my undercarriage pipe somehow bent in the middle which is great because it no longer twists in the wrong direction!
