Understand How Door Opener Outputs On Water Wizard 1.0

I am having trouble with my one exit door opening intermittently on WW 1.0. It will open for no good reason. I think maybe it is a bad safety eye that I installed to keep doors open if any vehicle is in the door way while exiting. I also know that there are a set of exit eyes that tells the wash that the vehicle has exited and to reset the wash (these are not on the gantry they are mounted on the wall near the exit). Here are my questions:
1. What tells the wash to open the door at the end of the wash? I am assuming it is the home prox, is that correct. Just a quick note... I noticed that the exit doors on the wash were opening premature while the wash was on the last drying pass instead of waiting until the gantry came back to the home position.
2. Do the can eyes attached to the front of the gantry have anything to to do with the door outputs?

I have two sets of eyes that could be problematic, the exit eyes and the door safety eyes but the problem is so intermittent that it is difficult to troubleshoot.

I just had the exact same problem with a 2.0 - it went on for a couple days and then went away. Very perplexing.

Reds, I should have updated this post. After a lot of troubleshooting, I found the problem. It was the Telco amplifier that is inside the control box that the door safety eyes are attached to. What you want to do is swap the amplifier with one of your other doors and if that door starts to go up then you will know it is the amplifier. Dultmiers had the best price on them.
