unitec modem

I have 2 unitec modems that i need to get repaired/replaced. Unitec referred me to a local dealer but they have been unresponsive to my needs. Can someone assisst with the replacement of two modems that are giving issues and need replacement?

If the local Distributor isn’t giving you any help I’d call the head of Unitec and raise holy hell with him. But be prepared for sticker shock when find out what it costs to repair or replace the Modem, they are ridiculously overpriced.
