Unitec Monex Card Reader Giving away Money

Installed new Monex card reader in our Wash Select 2 and finally got it up and working. When a customer selects a wash on the monex reader, it will charge their card and then return the exact $dollar amount of their wash in coins.

The wires are correct on the machine for thr monex reader. Not sure if anyone else has ran into this issue.

Interesting ! Are you sending pulses or is the Monex connected via MDB? If you are sending pulses, then the WSII should react just like the coin acceptor. However, if you are also connected MDB it sounds like a configuration issue.
