Unitec Teller Ribbon Ink

I have a 1.5 year old teller for my Automated Self Serve Wash Bay, I just was notified the ink isn't printing on the receipts. I can't find anything regarding ink in the manual.
I'm going to look at it tomorrow, just seeking insight on where to purchase and what it is I need to obtain.

I don't know what type of teller you have but most (all?) of them use a thermal printer, no ink. If it isn't printing, the paper may be in upside down/backwards.

Thank you Dave, I dont know why I saw a receipt that had a poor imprint, but its working fine now.
