Unitec wash select cc issue

I have a Unitec wash select ii. I use Mercury/advantiv to process cards over the Internet. I noticed last Sunday I had a cc report out of order. Had ref#19 reporting after #21.

Today I previously seen my fourth transaction of the day at 11am and then when I looked again #4 it is now reporting at 3:17 and after 5,6,7 transactions. I called advantiv and they stated the first transaction was voided. They said there may be something on the Unitec that is voiding the first transaction. We think the same customer is coming back and washing a second vehicle with the same cc, giving the same bank authorization # and buying the same wash package.

Has anyone else experienced this? Advantiv said they have the capability of voiding what looks to be a duplicate on their end but it's turned off on my account.

I spoke with Unitec and they explained it had to be on the processor side.

I called and spoke with a different tech from advantiv. The duplicate check feature was turned on and their system was voiding the first transaction and only charging the second transaction. It was thinking that I was charging the customer twice for one service. Same bank, same $ amount, same CC number. I'm having them turn this off on my account. They went ahead and reprocessed the voids.
