Our carwash well is drilled but not yet plumbed; pump system is being configured based on depth, casing volume (storage) and yield. I am excited to get the well on-line and producing wash water!
Used car sales are improving and we have chosen Volvo as our specialty. This is based on the success of those we have sold as well as the safety and reliability record of Volvo. Used car sales take a fairly substantial time commitment; buying, transport, evaluation, repairs and detailing, marketing sales and test drives, paperwork, warranty issues. It is rewarding as well as profitable, however.
We bought Cryptopay but are slow to install it at the wash. Too busy detailing and the like, plus very few rainy days to work on install. Lame excuses, perhaps. It is high on the 'to do' list.
Also working on a 'succession plan' in the event it is needed. Basically lays out a plan of how to run the business if I died suddenly (fear not, I am well) and/or prepare business for sale should that option seem wiser.
Missed ICA show in Vegas, but ordered my Kleen Rite chems for the 'deal'. Been swimming, hiking and playing with kids alot. Marriage is good. Life is good. Washing waxing and selling lots of cars.
