Updating Soda / Pop Machine Validator ?

I have a dixie narco 440 Pepsi machine. 110V, Single price. Its an older machine and has an old worn out MAKA Bill Validator and coin changer.

Does anyone have any knowledge on upgrading this to a newer Mars Bill validator ? What validators work and which ones don't ? I have a harness already that suppose to adapt the Jones Plug to Mars.
