Using a cyclo to polish glass

Only a short time into detailing, I've determined that water spots on glass suck.

I can get them out, slowly, by hand, with 0000 steel wool and maybe a hand compound for glass, but ....

is there a recommended way to use a cyclo buffer on glass?

For most water spots on glass I first try vinegar and if that does not work I go to a stronger acid based cleaner to disolve that hard calcium. Then I rinse with clean water.
