Two observations. One is that they are using M14s, not the sissy M16. It reminded me of going thriugh USMC boot camp. The first day there we manched like a heard of cattle just trying to march in step. A real hopeless feeling. The DI asked a passing platoon to demonstrate the basics of manual of arms and marching. I stood there in amazement as these guys performed as one person, and thought they must be some special team. Near graduation, our platoon was asked by another DI to demonstrate the same to a platoon of new recruits. It literally shocked me to realize that we were now that professional team. Gotta love the military. Too bad pinheads like O'Bama will never understand what makes them tick. Semper Fi.
