Vac It Up system run constantly on one vacuum

I have Vac It Up system which vacuums coins on vacuums back to building. One Vac It Up system is running constantly. I checked there is no stuck coin in Vacuums. Does anyone has idea as to how to debug this issue?

My guess would be you have stuck relay that turns the system on.

Or most likely the timer has gone bad, or taken a power spike.
