Vector Rapidwash arms wont move

Someone hooked onto a wash arm when driving out and forced the arms forward. Now the arms won't move. The motor and gearbox run that should move the arms, but they don't move. It looks like the gearbox shaft and the arms are held together just by friction bc it looks like the shaft stops right at top of arm bearing. Thought it may be a keyway of something, but looks like shaft stops. Wanted to know how it's supposed to work before I tear into it. Here is video of trying to move arms and sharft moves but arms don't

How is it supposed to be connected?

Your attachment doesn't show any video, I can only heard the sound. Do the arms not butterfly? Or does the the trolly not go forward or back at all? I'm guessing either your keys are worn out, or the gearbox is worn out. If you can hear the motor running than that works. We have replaced both the butter fly and trolly gearboxes in the past. The butterfly one is a much bigger job than the trolly one. Can you try posting another video or pictures?

The gearbox output shaft turns but the butterfly arms do not. The gears that keep the arms timed are fine. The trolly moves just fine, but the butterfly arms won't move. What connects the output shaft from the gearbox to the butterfly arms? I can move the arms just by pushing on them and could not before. Will try and attach again. The arm movements at end of video are me manually moving the arms and not the shaft.

Thanks

Check your keys to make sure they aren't worn out or the worm drive isn't scored out like ours was. Our system is a Kondor KL2 but I am pretty confident the Kondor is very similar in design. Do you have an owners manual with an extended blow up of parts diagrams. If not I would recommend giving the company a call.
