Vote to change Bylaws of ICA Board

Believe that they gave an explanation in the email.
Personally they ought to reduce the size of the board from my experience of serving on the Board for 3 years.

I just got an email about voting to change the bylaws of the ICA Board from 10 operator and 6 vendor members to 9 operator and 7 vendor members. Anyone know the reasoning for this change??
