Wanting to build a express wash

I'm wanting to open a express wash in my area. I already have a few sites in mind and been in contact with the realators. But I had a few questions. What average household income works best for a express wash and also traffic counts? The areas I'm considering are low income areas. As in 35k a year. But there is 66k population within three miles and mostly a age bracket of 40-48 years old. Both sites are along a 6 lane highway with a speed limit of 45. What other factors should I look at?

Your equipment supplier should have a pro forma site analysis model to help determine how good potential site locations are.

It uses demographic profile and traffic counts to estimate market potential.

Other factors to look at are cost to build and operate and entitlements (i.e. permits).
