Wash Card Reports

I’ve posted, in the past, about having difficulty with the reporting features in Wash Card. I’m beginning to feel like I’m the only one out there that doesn’t get it. I have two locations and one location has two separate automatics. I can’t find a report the will break down credit card sales at locations, per machine. It’s difficult enough to try to balance a bank statement when every report I print from Wash Card produces different numbers. I’m told it’s because Wash Card uses real time verses standard credit card processing times. I use Quick Books and “try” to produce a financial statement showing sales from each location and each machine. I guess I should just stop trying to do this because I am not smart enough to figure it out and it’s been nothing but a headache. And, all of the fees associated with being involved with Wash Card, well I’m hoping I’m making money.

Peaches, refer to the thread you posted on 4/2/2014 and my post about the WC stmts vs the CC stmts to balance.

In the BMC go to reports and bring up the "Business Activity Summary" report. The report breaks down by the bay, vacuum, and automatic. And the report shows both of my locations on the report-separated. VSF and CDR is listed separate and by cash, credit, recharge or purchase. AT least mine does. If your automatics are not separate- call washcard. I have never had problems with them helping me even on my stupid questions. Any other questions PM me.
