Have any of you that have the Sonny's Wash Pilot system with the push button controller ever had any issues out of the push button controller not responding or losing connection with the wash pilot. We keep having random occurrences where all the lights will light up on the push button controller and it doesnt respond to any button presses. We have replaced the complete board assembly twice and still have the same issues. The problem has to be coming from somewhere else, but I am not familiar enough with the setup yet to troubleshoot it efficiently. Looking for any suggestions if anybody else has experienced something similar. thanks

We have been in touch numerous times and cannot seem to pinpoint the cause of the problem. Thats the problem with a sporadic issue, hard to identify the cause. we will get to the bottom of it eventually. I will try to contact them today and see if they have any other suggestions. Thanks

We had compuwashes controller for years , always problems losing data and would need soft start and be completely reprogrammed ALL the time . Replaced main board twice . Eventually ripped it out and put in Micrologics new controller. Have not had any problems with it in over two years. I wonder if Sonya is still using hardware from compuwashes controller ?

Yes they do. The circuit board in the push button controller has compuwash on it. Thats interesting....

I did install a power source directly under the push button controller and eliminated the power wire being ran along with the com wires in the same conduit and it seems to have eliminated the issue for now...fingers crossed.
