Saturday I had one of my WashSelects not batch its Friday's transactions thus it stopped accepting cards. I talked to Unitec's emergency tech support and explained the problem and he said there must be a bad transaction on there. He had me download some TransManagement Software from Datatran and said it has a diagnostic program that should help me delete the bad transaction so I don't lose all the un-batched washes. Unfortunately there are no directions on how to use this software. I have been able to connect and see the 104 transactions on the modem. Has anyone used this software successfully? I'm hoping Unitec can walk me through using it tomorrow.
