Does anyone know if I can fix this? On our Wash Select II, once you deposit a bill or a coin and select a wash you can no longer get change or use a credit card. Two days ago someone deposited $.75, selected a wash and left, I don't know why? So then a customer pulls up wanting use a credit card but can't because of the credit. I thought pressing the refund button would wipe out the credit (we dispense $1 coins) but it does not. As far as I can tell the only option is to use cash at this point or reboot the machine. Is there a way to prevent this?

Could this be an issue of accepting quarters and dispensing $1 coins for change? It can't give change back for $ .75. Have you tried to put in $1.00 in quarters, press a wash button and then press the refund button?

I have not. I know if you put in say a quarter and hit refund it will just wipe out the credit. I’ll have to try that later and see.

SW Indiana melon fields.
It may be similar to how a Hamilton works when trying to remove a credit from a token. As of yet, I have not figured out how to remove that credit, other than finish buying the wash and reset the auto.

On my Hamilton’s you can split tender, at least on my ACW 5’s. Sometimes I’ll see a credit card charge for something other than one of our wash prices.
