Wash World Profile Top Brush

Question we've been having issues with our top brush on the Profile randomly will
hit cars on the roof And now top brush hit back of car wouldn't raise.

New level sensor & string pot, new raise belts, all checked and measured. new side sonars & eyes
new top brush motor & gear box. As well as proximity switches.

It's not doing this on any specific vehicle size reading the screen it's measuring as it should new VFD as well
everything is in the proper parameters. even have Wash World stumped, any thoughts.
