WashCard Washpass Program

Does anybody here have this system from WashCard? it says on their website RFID tag or Cards, I want a way to automatically bill my fleet accounts either with a monthly program or when their account goes below a certain amount, I am still figuring out how to use our new system so any help is appreciated.

I have Washcard not sure what you mean by washpass.If it is monthly billing. I do that all the time with washcard.

But the Washpass program is a automated way (recurring payments) of not having to go into their account and recharge the amount.

Is anybody here using the WashCard "WashPass" program and not using it with RFID and just the cards?

You can setup your fleet accounts on monthly autopay. Login to the BMC and its their tip of the week on the left hand margin. Plus call the support line and they'll help you set it up. All you have to do is batch your transactions on a monthly basis and the customer gets a receipt instantly.
