All,

Well the convertibles are starting to come out and I usually get the "is it OK to wash a convertible in your touchless?" from time to time. I usually tell them to check their owners manual.

Now I do seem to wash a few of the new ones in my M5...but haven't really paid much attention to it.

So are the manufacturers making "Touchless safe" convertibles now and what have you guys been seeing as far as which ones can and can't?

A friend of mine washed his MB in mine, when it was finished he had some water inside. He said "I didn't get that much water inside driving 130 in a rain storm"

My drive up sign says 'No convertibles', so I'm off the hook. But I see them go through there all the time. Most of them bring a towel with them, lol!
