Washpay card reader error

Anyone have issues with there unitec wash pay system saying card error on certain types of cards, I have seen brand new cards from certain banks not read and say card error. Is there maybe an update I am missing or something that could be causing it to not read certain card types?

Very frustrating to see brand new cards not work and people not washing because of it. Just curious if anyone else has this issue.

Not sure... But do you know if its just Chase Bank credit cards by chance? According to Vantiv, there is a open unsolved problem with coding on Chase cards. Date for a repair or solution is unknown. Same thing with Chase integrations with Quickbooks.... Broken with unknown repair time frame.

Not sure about chase but I have noticed a lot of OneAZ cards not working.
