WashPay Server Throwing Controller Exceptions

So at least once a day, sometimes as many as five times a day, my Wash Pay server sends me a Controller Exception fault message.

I've opened a case with Unitec, and they say to ensure any login must terminated or it can hangup the session. But that doesn't seem to help.

I've called back and they don't seem to know and bump it up a level of support (which means I never hear back from them again).

Any of you get the same problem?

So bigleo48...just curious whether you were able to get that Controller Exception Fault Message Problem corrected or if you're still having to live w/ it? :eek:

Being the owner of two Unitec WashSelect II's for 8.5 years, I've been SO HAPPY w/ Unitec's service after sale. Hoping this is the same feeling w/ you regarding their WashPay product?

Nope...I would rate Unitec's help at 6 out of 10...lots of room for improvement.
