We're looking into replacing an old Laser 4000 with a new Washworld unit. The Washworld looks similar and fairly easy to operate. Anyone been using one and have experience with their equipment?

Do it and get a Razor. The high velocity is same as the 4000 just all stainless. I am installing a laser 4000 now at my sight and wanted a Razor just did not have the funds. Customer service/ support is awesome my distributor is installing the laser and he sells alot of the Razors baddest touchless out there for reliability. WashWorld is Top of the line i am putting the new side blasters in that they offer and several components on my laser.

We've had a high velocity for about 6 or 7 years now. Very simple to work on, the parts are easy to find. Their support is absolutely second to none. You won't regret it.

Ditto to all of the above. I put in a new HV a year ago and it has been the best decision I ever made. Can't believe I was on the fence for so long. Very satisfied customer!

I've had their Razor for about 3 years now. Excellent machine. They still make me feel like I am their number 1 customer when I call. Great company to deal with.
