WashWorld error codes?

I'm getting a Code 60 on my High Velocity. Every manual I have only shows codes up to 56. What is code 60? Thanks!!

I'm also getting errors 28 and 39, both of which don't exist in my manual. I'm in another universe!

60 is arch rotate failure IIRC. As for which prox switch it is specifically, I couldn't tell you off the top of my head, I'll look at my cheat sheet tomorrow and let you know if nobody has answered you first. Also 39 I know off the top of my head means that the wash has been out of service for at least 15 minutes. 28 I don't know off the top of my head, I'll look on my cheat sheet for that tomorrow too.

Number 60 is prox number 5 is on when it should be off.
number 39 is wash out of service for 15 minutes.
Number 28 is main tank over fill. ( no input from fill sensor )

Thank you!! I thought that the problem was 5 was off when it should be on... (e.g. bad connection somewhere)... You just changed my whole thought process now. Any chance you can scan/upload your list? I guess I can just call WashWorld tomorrow and see if they can email me an updated manual. Thanks for your help!
