So my phone rings at 5:00 am its my HV calling. Low water. I go on cameras and see I have water every where running out of bay!!! A car went in around 11 Pm and pump was running all night????? No motor run error??? Undercarriage and arch both just spraying all night??? Anyone ever see this??? Washworld?? Any ideas?? It ran for hours and only error is low water after 5 or 6 hours??
First car goes in at 5:30 this morning everything was running, after he goes thru undercarriage everything back to normal????

Depending how old,(how many HP cycles machine has), the issue you describe could me a sticking contactor, relay, or even a faulty PLC base.

If it's a contactor welded shut just get any iec contactor with the proper horsepower and coil rating.
