I've heard of operators having some issues with their brand-new touch free automatics. The machine is tripping a VFD when the bridge attaches to the dryers / blowers. This stops the wash and makes it unreliable.

This bothers me, because I was seriously considering Washworld equipment for an upcoming reload of my touchfree wash ( Superior 700R that has more than exceeded my expectations).

Thoughts? Bad VFD? Bad motor / gearbox? Wiring to motor / gearbox?

Anything brand new has lots of little bugs and kinks that need to be worked out. Our WW Razor had a gremlin "motor run on" error for the first few months. Terrific company support and switched out lots of components. Its been smooth sailing for the past 8 years.

I thought all razors had the dryer "on board" unless it was a drive through dryer. Either way I have had great luck with my WW razor.
