Well I got my WashWorld High Velocity up and running about a week ago. A couple little hiccups to work out. Just looking for any tips or advice to save on water, electric, chemicals. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We have Airlift Extreme XRS doors on the setup. Do you guys have 2 sets of eyes on your doors or just eyes for the washworld or just the doors? Having some difficulty with this. We have the door eyes and washworld door eye inputs jumped.
Hamilton Gold Line is our paystation.

If you want to save chemical change the presoak pump to a high pressure cat like a 3 or 5 cp and install 0.57 injectors. If you want to save water change all nozzels from 05's and 04's to 04's and 03's. basically reducing water by 25 percent. there are a hundred more things to do, but I can't write a book on here.

How did reducing your nozzles like that affect wash quality? My water rates are exorbitant and this sounds appealing if you didn't notice much of a difference in wash quality?

As long as your chemicals are super hot, which mine are I havent noticed a thing with wash quality, If I did than I would have changed back right away! best you can do is try it out for yourself and make your own conclusions. While were on the subject has anyone figured out how to drill a water well in city limits undercover? Im researching how you can possibly drill a well without needing a 40 foot drilling rig on property? just work at it a little at a time, would be worth every second if its possible?
