This is posted mainly for our older customers that have machines that were purchased from 1999-2003. In the past few weeks we have inspected and serviced vendors with broken locking devices or received calls from customers that have had their vendors vandalized and/or had money stolen because the locking devices are getting weak or worn. These vendors have been in service for many years, so the normal wear and tear has made the locking devices much less secure than they were. Some operators have only one lock (out of two) securing the cage and others have let the pop-out T-Handles break so the cage door is the only security. Many people are looking for money these days and will use any tool to break in, so operators need to check their vendors and cage locking systems to make sure they are working properly. You could save yourself a sudden surprise some morning at the wash when you find out that your vendor has been broken into and money/product taken from your vendor.
Give us a call for parts and/or help in re-securing their machines.
