So I've been getting a random Arch move time out error that would occur ever so often once or twice a week. Lately it's been getting worse. Last night I came in because it happened on 3 out of 4 washes . I tried moving the machine around the bay it got about half way through and stopped. After some research on here I opened the bridge control box to find about 2" of water. How does water get in here. How do I prevent it in the future. And what all should I replace in the box with it losing track of the arch?
Thanks in advance

I like to wrap electrical boxes in poly plastic that i secure with wire ties and tape. it looks bad but it works. years ago i had several instances of water getting into waterproof junction boxes. this method helped.

I drill a hole in the bottom of all my waterproof electrical boxes. Inside pump cabinets I also use old heavy water softner bags to loosely wrap around pump motor so any drip don't get onto the motors.

I always suspected that condensation was the issue so the drain hole would make sense. It's also the reason Petit heats all boxes so the condensation point is likely on the outside.

Arch lost position is one of the most common errors on the 360's. I usually have to replace the arch rotate motor and cable when I see this, BUT-don't assume I'm right because several other problems will give the same message. Usually 10minutes on the phone with Troy at PDQ will narrow it down.
