I am trying to get an idea on where other operators keep the setting on their pre-soak in the gantry as far as product and air. I think I am going through way too much product. Both setting were around 40 on the gauges in the gantry. I reset them to 20 for the product and 25 for the air. It looks like it should give pretty good coverage at these reduced rates. What are yours set on? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

We always kept our at 50 psi. Any less and we experienced striping issues when applied at regular gantry speed.

I have my main pump on the pump stand at 50 psi as well. I am talking about the two regulators in the cabinet on the gantry. Is this what you are talking about.

If I recall we set at about 30-35 psi. I say that with caution because I haven't had a 1.0 in about 2 1/2 yrs. I now have 2.0s

One thing I fund that was causing our presoak usage on 1.0s to increase dramatically was PS pressure spiking when the side applicators cut off. I learned to adjust the procons only when the boom applicators were running, and that helped reduce PS consumption quite a bit.
