so ill start with a little background info, havent posted much on the forums but drop in every now and then to see what people are dealing with these days, my name is ricky, 26 yrs old, live in central washington, i help maintain 6 self serve washes, 2 ibas (water wizards 1.0's) and 1 laundramat. So heres my situation, i arrived to one of the locations with a water wizard and noticed the acw said please wait carwash in use, so i opened the cabinet on the wash arch and started poking around and found i could not get the arch to drive forward or reverse, checked the output, wasnt getting voltage, and i should say that my oscilating and boom motors were functioning properly, so i replaced the danfoss with a v1000 yaskawa, as soon as i programmed and tried to run the drive motors i had gotton a "sc" alarm on my l.e.d. , short circuit, so i found which motor it was and replaced it, so now im able to drive the arch back and fourth freely, but now when i try to boom down the red lion display will say "boom motor did not come down", and for a brief moment i will have an output light up on my brand new srt2-od08, i believe output 6 is down and 7 is up, but like i said, when i turn my manual toggle switch to the manual overide and i press the boom down button, i momentarily see output 6 light up, then it goes unlit, then output 7 lights up, then goes unlit, all in about 3 seconds, then after 7 goes unlit, i cannot get 6 to light up again till i reset inside the pump room electrical cabinet, now with my ocilating motor when i press the button the input card recieves it and lights up then the output card recieves it but no ocilation :( hope i didnt leave anything out, please help from yakivegas!! :D

I'm sure a lot of operators are interested. If you post the problem/fix in the coleman/hanna subforum I'm sure it would be appreciated. A lot of operators refer there when they have a problem.
