Does anyone have a water wizard with two step low pressure presoak? I am trying to figure out how its plumbed and if I can convert a machine to using a low pressure high alkaline presoak and low pressure low ph presoak.

I have one. They run out separate lines to just above the drivers side of the gantry. At that point the two lines tee in and run to the presoak solenoid in the below pressure cabinet. It works but it takes about eight seconds to purge the previous product properly. You can account for this by having a start delay of ten seconds on the two presoak passes.

Actually they don't. There is normally a check valve on the discharge side of each presoak pump. However, I like your idea better. Coleman uses the black SMC check valves and they are economical and work OK. However it seems sooner or later they crack at the threads. I use the stainless steel teflon check valves made by fluid controls to replace them when they do.

Todd, I will add that even though the cat presoak booster pumps are awesome and work for years without issue, this is a good opportunity to buy and use a multi stage booster pump and injector for your second pass for almost the same amount of money. This would allow you to convert to injector-based system in the future without too much expense, if that sort of thing has an appeal to you.
