I guess I will try to expand on my point.
You may have to experiment with various chemicals to get the best wash. My best success with film on a vehicle is a very alkaline mixture that makes most chem reps nervous. However, with a fusion X, or any other combo unit you have to strike a balance on your cleaning products between the strength needed for a good touch free wash, and the safety of a weaker chemical for a drier friction wash.
As far as tire/wheel cleaners, many owners use a product that "shows well", but does not do a very good job cleaning. Many operators I know use SS cleaners. Generally, most SS tire cleaners look great at levels of strength that won't clean anything. Using a good tire cleaner designed for automatic or conveyor washing, at recommended strengths will improve performance. Since on the JCC units this product is being applied to your rocker panels it also has a role in body cleaning. When a good tire cleaner is applied you should witness dirt emulsifying on the tires of most vehicles. If it just sits there and doesn't darken when applied it is not doing it's job of cleaning, regardless of how foamy or green it is.
