Weep drain ? On flo-jet extractor/dryer

Do those of you who have the flo-jet extractor/dryer have the weep drain on there? Is it effective? It's gonna drive me nuts walking in the mechanical room hearing that air seep out.....

I wouldn’t think you’d need to leave the weep valve cracked open 24/7. I’d probably just open the valve for a few seconds once a week or until I figured out how much moisture is in it.

I think the flo-jet extractor has a steady, small leak (by design); to let the moisture out.
