What email address is Everyone using with There Razor.

What is everyone using for an email address on there Washworld Equipment to receive wash counts ,service reminders or faults.washworld told me today that there Equipment will send emails to Gmail accounts and advise me to change to something else.Thanks

Our Gmail was blocking the WW emails on counts and faults. WW recommended we switch those to Yahoo. We did that and have not had a problem.

New car wash owner here. How do I configure my Washworld Razor to email me status updates? Particularly I’d like for it to email me when the system encounters a fault. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

We had our distributor set it all up for us; but you can also call WW Tech directly, and they might be able to guide you through it.
