What is this and why is it flashing?

Howdy y’all, so ever since I took this place over there is a light and what sounds like a solenoid or switch going on then off inside of this controller on the Jim Coleman. What it is connected to is labeled OC222 and it is the #7 light that keeps flashing. Can anyone help me solve this? Thanks

That is a relay output card which would normally be connected to a light, or solenoid or something. From the looks of the card there doesn't appear to be anything wired to output 7 on that card. The clicking you are hearing is the internal relay on the card. Apparently output 7 is used in the program but not wired on your machine. You need to find the electrical drawings and see what is suppose to be wired to that output.
