What specials to run

I am new to the business and to the forum. I ran a search but wasn't able to find anything.

What specials seem to work the best. I am planning on running some for the upcoming weekend. I have a two bay Laserwash and we do additional services like vacuum, shampoo mats and carpets etc.

We are not full service but have additional items that we provide on an alacarte basis.

We have $2 off special every Tuesday – Thursday. We also give a code for an additional $2 off on the back of select cash register receipts, Safeway, Fred Meyers and Kroger’s. This 4th of July weekend we are going to give away 2 tokens for the price of one. We are also going to cut the price of vending items in half or 2 for 1.

Tuesday is my slowest so I offer my top wash (IBA) for half price all day. I am attended so I sell a half-off token note the customer uses.
Works well.
