that's a good question. How hot is the water tank set to in order to get 100 at the wand?

Another question I might add, how many gallons of hot water storage do you have?

my gas furnace keeps hot water stored at 130 degrees. From there is mixes with cold for 'hot water' so maybe 90ish in the bays (a guess).

I bumped it from 120 for better cleaning, which i feel i got.

Water tank is set to 100°...I have a hybrid HTP He Ng Water heater...It has 55 gallons of storage and heats about 400 gph continuous.

If you are heating the chemicals make sure you don't go above 130. To be safe I would stay around 120 or lower. If you overheat some chemicals you lose cleaning power due to either evaporation or causing the solutions to separate or negatively affect the formulation.

Water at the tank is 120 degrees, from there it goes to the mixing tanks, and from there to Flo Jets or HP Pump. Then to the bays.

I don't know what the heat loss is by the time it gets to the nozzle or FB but I would expect it's substantial, and would change radicaly depending on outside temp.

120-125°, not hot enough that the exposed swivels get uncomfortable for the customer.
